Hi! I'm Dexter, a new kitty fluffball in the SAFE program. I've just moved into my foster home, so there'll be info coming about my personality soon. I've been vet checked and now I'm ready for a permanent home. I'm also getting a professional photoshoot done soon so you'll be able to see how gorgeous I really am!
