About Bonita
Hi! My name's Bonita and I'm a lovely girl who is coming out of her shell in the shelter. I've come to love pats and attention from the staff here! New environments take me some time to adjust to but once my new owner and I form a bond, I will be the best companion! Since I know I'm going to want all your love and attention, I need to be your ONLY PET! I can't wait to hang out with you just relaxing with you whenever you're home. I'll be happy to look after the house while you're out and about and you can find me by a nice, warm window or playing in my house!

Adoption details
You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
Warrnambool: 03 5561 2591, opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Wangaratta: 03 5722 2874 , opening hours: 10am – 4pm
