Meet Isla,

Hi everyone! I’m Isla. I am a beautiful calico with a velvety coat and the
sweetest chirps!
Nature:

I am an independent and very playful girl. I can seem reserved and shy at
first, and would need someone to go at my pace when building trust, but I
have so much love to give you! I show my love with headbutts, the loudest
purrs, slow blinks and chirps. I’m becoming more affectionate by the day.
Have I mentioned yet how much I love to play?! I’m incredibly athletic and
love leaping and chasing toys. You should hear how many chirps and trills I do
while I play! I can’t wait to meet my future family. My foster mama describes
me as playful, inquisitive and an absolute darling.

Companions:
I currently live with my 5 foster kitten siblings, two doggies and one adult cat.
I love having a kitten companion, and am very interested in doggies and don’t
mind them being around me if they are calm. I’m not sure about the big cat
yet although I don’t mind when he’s around! Although I’ve met young kids, I
would be best suited for a family with no kids as I learn to come out of my
shell. I would love to have another furry companion that is friendly and
gentle to play with, but I am just looking for a dedicated and patient
person(s) or family. I would just need time to adjust to my new surrounding
as any kitten would, so a slow introduction to my new family and home
would be great!

Likes / dislikes:
I love playing with all the toys! I am extremely playful (toys are they key to
my heart!), but I also love quiet time up high on a scratch post in the sun and
looking out the window. I like talking to my humans from the scratch post
and demanding belly rubs. I don’t like loud, unexpected noises, but I’m
getting braver by the day!
