About Aisha
MEET AISHA!
We are looking for a very special, patient loving home for Aisha, she has been in foster care for almost 3 years! She is a very gentle, petite, small girl, basically the size of an older kitten!
Aisha is part of a litter of kittens from a stray mother cat that didn't know human affection or touch until they came into foster care at approximately 6 months old and as such, she will take more time than usual to blossom into her true self.
Aisha has come a long way and we are so proud of her, she's really hard to photograph as she is constantly smooching and rubbing on something! (so please check out her videos!)
Aisha will roll around on the floor in front of you, stretching out her legs to show you she is passive and interested, wanting pats and once she knows you're going to be loving and gentle, she will happily smooch over you for pats and love.
She would LOVE to sleep on your bed and cuddle up to you on the couch, she is a big love bug once she knows you!
Aisha can still be skittish with sudden movements and loud noises due to her upbringing, she is easily spooked still however she will grow out of this in time in her new home. For this reason, we suggest a quiet, relaxed home where not much goes on often.
Aisha has a VERY quiet meow, almost silent! Despite this she still meows to talk to you.
Aisha still loves to play and enjoys climbing up her tower and playing with her toys especially catnip so lots of play time and toys are needed.
*Check out Aisha's videos to see her beautiful, super smoochy self!
*Aisha is an INDOOR ONLY cat, she doesn't require much room so she would also be a great apartment/unit kitty.
*Aisha currently lives with multiple other desexed cats of varying ages and gets along well with them, she would be fine sharing her home with another passive, friendly cat to bond with.
Medical notes
Aisha is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with her parasite prevention.

Adoption details
Thank you for your interest in a rescue cat! They can make the most wonderful friends and family members.
Our rescue cats have varied histories and stories and as such they each require a different home environment, we ask prospective adopters a series of questions aimed at making the perfect match so please dont be offended when asked questions. We do not adopt to a first in first serve basis and only adopt to the most suitable home possible. If you are outside Ballarat we ask that you make time to have a 30 minute video-chat with us and the kitty you are interested in so we can get to know you a little better and you can see the kitty in its home environment before coming up to Ballarat to adopt, if you are local then we hold a meet and greet at the foster home of the kitty. We only offer video chats and meet and greets to the most suitable homes.
All of our cats at Cat Lovers Ballarat are rehomed as strictly INDOOR ONLY cats and we ask that all prospective adopters only apply if they are capable and comfortable with this.
Please have patience with us as we go through all applications and make our decisions to move onto phase 2 and offer meet and greets, this can take days and sometimes a week to go through, you will be contacted whether you are successful or not.
Thank you again for your interest in one of our rescue cats!
