About Scarlett
Scarlett's personality:
Scarlett does not approve of the ginger cat stereotypes she’s heard floating around.
Scarlett is a beautiful lady with a strong will and loving heart. She loves a good pat and a play, with chasing games being her favourite. She gets along well with other cats and is currently rooming with another of our beautiful rescue kittys - Minerva.
Scarlett knows exactly what she likes - we know that her lucky future family are out there and this will definitely include them!
Scarlett’s story:
Scarlett was rescued in October from a home where the landlord estimated there to be 40 cats that had been abandoned. Sweet Pea Animal Rescue was able to take on 7 adult cats and 16 kittens. When Scarlett arrived at Sweet Pea she was in season, meaning that we were very lucky to rescue her just in time to prevent further unplanned litters. Scarlett has settled in well and makes all of our volunteers laugh with her antics and playful personality.
Scarlett’s ideal forever home:
Scarlett would prefer a family who understands her boundaries- while she isn’t a huge fan of being picked up, she is the cuddliest girl- just let her make the first move. Scarlett would be well-suited to a home with children as she loves to chase ribbon toys around the room - making her a lively playmate. As with all of our rescue cats, Scarlett will need to be adopted as indoor only.
Scarlett is ready to fly the nest and meet her new family!
Medical notes
Scarlett is a happy and healthy girl. She has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is up to date with all flea, tick and worming preventatives.
