Yoda my name is and into your heart I will nuzzle.

I am a special boy and my friends at Greysland are very keen for me to meet the pawfect family to help me reach my full jedi potential.

Right now I am still an apprentice, with a lot to learn about life in the people world. Patience you must have my young Padawan! I need a quiet household to help ease me into the pet life. No party households please, I get very overwhelmed when there are too many people around.

I am currently in foster care, love my daily walks and spending quiet time with my lovely foster family.

I'm not too sure about kids or other dogs, I definitely don't want to live with any, but I might not be too scared of them in time. I need very slow gentle introductions to all new things, someone to go at my pace, and most importantly a soft bed and lots of patience and understanding. I love enrichment games and playing with toys, and will seek out pats and affection.

The original Yoda may have spent 20 years alone on Dagobah, but my limit is probably an hour or two by myself. I really prefer to have my people home more often than not. Maybe you work from home or are retired? We could be a perfect fit.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
