About Juno
🌟JUNO🌟
Playful, Loving and Inquisitive
Juno has the most beautiful tortoiseshell markings with a blend of brown and golden highlights throughout her coat. What makes her stand out are her dainty facial features and markings where she has a distinctly different marking on each side of her cute little face.
She LOVES playtime, especially playing hide and seek and chasing her favourite toys. Juno is a keen explorer and is happy when she has the freedom to do so.
💝 She is extremely affectionate and loves her cuddles and snuggles after her playtime and at night. Juno also loves her meal times and having routine. Her favourite places to hang out are snuggled up on the lounge, under the blanket and on your lap. She also likes places where she can hide during her playtime, so a cardboard box with a little flap would do the trick.
Her least favourite thing is when the vacuum comes out so she makes sure she is hidden and as far away from it as possible!
Juno is extremely social and friendly and loves being around both adults and children, especially when they get involved in playtime. She interacts well with other kittens, however, she hasn’t been around any other animals.
The ideal home for Juno would be a social one, where she gets plenty of interaction and cuddles the love and cuddles will definitely be reciprocated.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video call (due to Covid restrictions). Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until the date of adoption. The pet will be rehomed desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
