About Para
Ready for Adoption…..
this is our beautiful girl Para ……,
-requires a dog friend- male or alone for short periods
-not cat tolerant
-Great with kids. Family preferred
Hi everyone my name is Para. I'm a 6yo female who is looking for my new forever home.
I have been a care now for a while and I really would like a new forever family.
I know that I am black and people overlook us black dogs a lot.
This makes me sad. Cuz I’m a good girl and I really want my own family again.
I am quiet, polite, and gentle lady of leisure who enjoys the company of people and other dogs but I prefer to not share company with cats.
I’m good with children all ages.
I can happily entertain myself, when I'm not sleeping, with a wander in the garden or a selection of squeaky toys, bones or treats.
I would be fine on my own for short hours or longer with another male dog friend.
I love my meal times and am not really picky with food. I will even Eat yours if you leave it unattended!
I also enjoy my early morning walks which sometimes include a walk in the ocean to cool off.
I am used to having free indoor/ outdoor access which is just perfect for me,
Please please consider meeting me. I promise I will make you smile with my beautiful snuggles.
Luv,
Para 🐾💓

Adoption details
All BTG greyhounds are Desexed, C5 Vaccinated, Wormed & Heart Worm treated prior to adoption.
They have been fostered for a minimum of 8 weeks to allow maximum training and preparation for home life.
A post adoption trial period of 4 weeks is available to help families decide if the greyhound is the right one for them.
We also offer Foster to Adopt options for those who love the idea of teaching a greyhound in their home with the view to adopt it once it has "graduated" to Home Life status. This is a wonderful experience, to watch it blossom in your own home with your guidance and love. An ideal way to make sure this is the perfect dog for you.
