Syrup

Hi potential family! My name is Syrup and I’m about 16 months old. I’m bonded with my sister Maple as we were adopted together back when we were about five months old.

Through no fault of our own or no fault of our old family, we have come back into the loving arms of Helping Hearts. We are having so much fun with our foster family, who we were with previously as well.

I (Syrup) love attention and love to follow my people around. I do cute little meows and will roll and show you my tummy and head rubbing you. I love to be picked up and held. I also love sitting on the dining chairs, and sometimes watching my foster family eat. I haven’t been cheeky enough yet to jump up and get any food from the table, so you better not feed me any human food, because I’m sure I would love it and then wouldn’t leave you alone at dinner time!

Maple on the other hand is really affectionate as well. She will meet you at bedtime and will rub you and your feet like crazy!

Syrup is one of the foster cats we have at the moment. She is bonded with her sister Maple. Yes, that’s right, Maple Syrup! 😍
These girls are the best. Different personalities and just loving you in their own way. Our Syrup girl, loves to play, as you can see. She will follow any string toy especially if it has feathers and a bell. She is really affectionate and will literally follow you wherever you go. She plonks herself down near you if you’re working in the kitchen or site next to you on the lounge. She loves a pat and does these cute little meows. When you pat her and let her sniff you she will often do these cute little licks, like she is licking her lips.
These girls have been in care since the middle of December and are looking for their families.

Their combined adoption fee comes with all vet work completed: Desexed, microchipped, up to date vaccinations, up to date preventive treatments and free lifetime council registration.
