Hi, I'm Roo. I live up to my name by hopping around on 3 legs! This doesn't mean I can't do normal dog things, I am just as capable as a dog with 4 legs. This is a recent change so I would still need some support getting used to things in every day life, I'll need an experienced owner to help me along the way. Once I've made a full recovery, I am a kelpie so I'll still have some energy to burn. I'm still young and would need continued training so I can continue to be a good girl. I'm clever so anything you teach me I'll understand at a fast pace. I get along great with doggy pals, if you have one at home I'd need to say hi before I live with them ! I do jump up (yes, even on 3 legs) to say hi so children over 12 would be a better match. I would also need to meet everyone in the family, I can be a little uncomfortable with new people, touch, sudden noises or movements. The less distractions the better! I love a good cuddle and ask for pats once I know you! Now you know a little about how I hop around, the next step is to meet me at the Sydney shelter! I hope to see you soon, Roo
