Hi folks! My name is Rocco and I'm a clever young man with a zest for life!

I love to play fetch, so a human to throw balls for me is a must in my new home. However, I'm a smart fellow who would also love some trick training or other ways to keep my brain occupied. Even if I try to tell you different, there ARE other things in life other than ball! (Omg, ball!)

I have spent some time at our training centre where I went on walks daily alongside other dogs, so I might do well with another dog in the home. However, a more laid back, chill kinda dog would suit me better - I have enough bounce for two!

In saying that, I also do love to just hang out with my humans. In fact, I'm looking for a home where someone is home most of the time because I don't love being left. I feel a bit worried and might bark if I hear noises if I'm alone. Once I'm settled into a familiar environment, I do cope if left when you give me lots of things to keep me busy (puzzle toys, kibble dispensing balls and the like) but my preference is to be your couch companion. If you work from home, that would be just fine - I will happily lie at your feet or chew on a bone while you work, no pawblem.

My perfect home is aged 12 and up because I'm not used to being patted a lot around the head and neck. I'm so cute I know it's a big temptation for little fingers, so a household where everyone can understand this is what I'm after. Once we know each other, we'll be buds for life, I pawmise.
