About Nudge
NUDGE IS IN FOSTER CARE SO PLEASE CONTACT US TO MAKE A TIME TO MEET HER!
Our sweet Nudge is a middle-aged girl who found herself homeless when her elderly owner sadly passed away.
She isn't really suitable for a rescue environment as she prefers to be the only cat, so is currently being fostered by a lovely couple and has been showing them her beautiful personality.
We are baffled as to why she has not been adopted yet as she is a pretty, friendly, affectionate, patient and loving girl.
Nudge likes nothing more than lazing about on the bed and watching TV with her foster parents while resting her head on their feet.
It’s not all daydreaming while she gazes out the window though, she loves a daily brush and she loves her food!
Nudge is not very confident around little people, preferring to hide under the bed when the grandkids visit, so she is best suited to a home without young ones.
While she is not a lap cat, she loves to spend time with her people and spends all night in the bedroom with them. She does get the zoomies and races up and down the hall in the morning, ready for another day of love and sunshine.
Nudge will make a beautiful companion for someone who spends a bit of time at home and would truly appreciate the company of a loving, mature and settled cat.
If Nudge sounds like the girl you've been looking for, please get in touch and we can organise a meet and greet.
Medical notes
Being that Nudge is white, she does have sensitive skin around her eyes, which sometimes allows them to be a little weepy... or maybe she is crying to herself?
Apart from the fact all cats should be kept inside, Nudge in particular needs to be sheltered from harsh sunlight. She isn't albino, but she does have sensitive skin & it needs protection by shaded rooms & no strong sun rays coming through windows or doorways.
Adoption details
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
