Meet Hakea! He's a sweet boy who's keen to learn (especially when treats are involved). Hakea is a little unsure of the world and needs a working dog experienced home to help him find his feet. Hakea has had a bit of a rough start to life, but has quickly made some human friends at the RSPCA and is ready to make more in his new home! Hakea dreams of a home with a big, secure backyard for him to claim and a home where he is the only dog. Hakea can be a little nervous with new things, and needs someone active and prepared to help him manage himself in these situation. Hakea is looking for a home who will take things at his pace as there are a lot of things in the world he is yet to experience. He has lots and lots of potential and once he is bonded to his new family and settled into his new routine, he will thrive! Hakea is not suited to a home with young children, but could possibly live with older children and teenagers provided they are dog savvy.
