About Rex
Rex is a charismatic, loving, alert and adorable gentleman!
He is in foster with a ballet teacher and goes to classes to watch the kids dance from his bed and get pats and give encouragement kisses! He loves nothing more than to be around people, of all ages, and give everyone his love.
Rex also has a very playful personality, and loves to play fetch - although sometimes it can be a one-sided game! Although he does have a bundle of energy, he is more than content to nap on the couch with you and relax.
He is a very loyal boy, and loves his people deeply. He would be happiest in a home to himself to soak up all of the love on offer from his people! Rex can be dog-selective (he was bullied by a lab and now views all labs with suspicion) he responds well to his training commands in times where other dogs are around.
Being a very intelligent boy, Rex is a great training companion. He will need a home committed to ongoing positive reinforcement as he learns his new way of life and your expectations.
A family or single person home would best suit Rex, with someone home more often than not to snuggle up to.
If I sound perfect for you, please complete the short adoption application form in the attached link, please note this is the only way your application will be considered: https://homelesshounds.com.au/adopt/dogs
