About Coke
Coke is an affectionate 5-year-old kelpie mix who loves people more than anything. Whether you enjoy patting, brushing, scritching or snuggling, she is there for it. She will close her eyes and drift off into bliss – but the moment you stop, she’s up again to check what on earth you think you’re doing.
This sweet girl is well past the puppy stage and has been beautifully mannered while in foster care, with a fantastic off-switch. She has such a happy disposition and finds joy in everything. She loves to potter around the garden, run zoomies with the ball in her mouth, and go for walks and adventures.
She loves car rides, sleeps all night in her crate without a peep, can sit and has been doing well learning to walk nicely on lead.
Coke is looking for a home without other dogs, as she prefers her own space. She is fine walking past other dogs during walks, but is just uncomfortable if they get in her personal space.
Coke is happiest when close to her people and is looking for humans who are home more often than not, in a home where she will be allowed inside as part of the family and included in their daily lives.
If you think Coke is the best mate you’ve been missing, send us an application outlining the life you can offer this loyal girl.
Coke is located in ACT.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
