About Butch
Meet this ray of sunshine, Butch. This gentleman is a happy, affectionate dog who loves to be around family. He's always eager for attention and will give you a big hug when you come home.
He loves his large tennis ball, chew ropes, and big bones - food is the way to his heart! Butch has an adorable face and is the best at giving doggy kisses. Tummy tickles make him wiggle with joy.
Butch is looking for a quiet home to retire in and needs someone who can handle him as he can pull on the lead. Although tolerant of kids and other dogs, he would probably be happiest as the only dog with adults, as this is what he's used to. Butch can be excitable and easily overwhelmed when away from home and can be vocal at times - but a citronella collar quietens him down quickly.
He doesn't really need walks beyond a slow wander through the park or a big yard to explore, so he would love a home with indoor-outdoor access where he can get all the attention he desires!
Sadly, Butch's owner passed, so he's looking for a new place to call home.

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the petâs owner - the person who knows them best!
Itâs a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a âmeet and greetâ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
