Davey

This is Davey! He's a sweet, mature boy who is friendly, eager to go out for walks and have a sniff around the yards. He enjoys attention from the staff and volunteers and likes a casual pat. Davey is very keen on treats and is very food orientated, but he is not the biggest fan of other animals, his new owners will need to introduce him to walks where he might meet other animals very slowly! Davey doesn't seem to have much foundational training and it is unknown what level of house training he has so his new family will need to help him get used to his new house with lots of treats and positive reinforcement. Being an older gentleman, Davey isn't as fit and healthy as he once was, but that won't stop him from going about his daily routine. He will need to be an only pet since he wants all the attention and love to himself! Davey also would be best suited to an adult only home, as little can kids scare him.
