MY PROFILE:
Gentle and sweet Juliette is tentative at first, but once settled she is a very loving cat.
Juliette’s favourite things are snuggles and snacks. Once settled, she is very chilled out, and content spending her days snuggling, napping and playing nearby her human and furry friends.
Juliette is very attached to her people. She will greet you on arrival home, sleep on the bed or nearby, and follow you around either actively seeking attention by purring, snuggling, or presenting toys, or just hanging out nearby.
Juliette gets along well with and enjoys the company of other cats, she has met lots of friends in care without any issues. She and her current foster sibling spend all of their time together. As her current cat friend is younger and more boisterous than Juliette, she is very patient and understanding with him.
Juliette loves to play with toys! Her favourites are soft fuzzy things which she chases and carries around in her mouth.
She is a petite cat, and her coat is on the longer side of a short coat, so a little bit fluffy! With her big, round moon eyes, soft meow, and adorable funny wink cat kisses, her presence is beautiful and mild.
Juliette has mastered basic training. She uses her litter tray, eats politely, stays away from the house plants and kitchen benches all without any issues. She is very food oriented and smart, we think she would pick up additional cat tricks well.
Initially, Juliette is weary of new characters and surroundings, whereby she will keep a safe distance and assess before coming out, which just makes it feel all the more special when you do gain her trust and she opens up. As she is initially shy, Juliette will not show all of her qualities at a meet and greet, however on claiming her she will soon shine with her beautiful, gentle, loving presence, and with the consistency of a forever home, she will likely open up to new experience even more.
Sadly, even though she is the prettiest, with her naturally tentative nature, Juliette is the last of her family to get adopted. Juliette would suit a quieter house, so long as she has the attention she needs. She has met some children and would be suited to settling in with them, especially with her natural gentleness. It is expected that Juliette will need lots of support and reassurances (treats and pats) to calm and support her while settling into her forever home and once she bonds with you, you are her world!
