About Banjo
** Banjo has tested positive to E.canis. He can leave the region, but you will need to sign some paperwork from DPIRD to confirm that you will continue to give monthly tick treatments and that you will have him retested approximately 6 weeks after he started his anti-biotics.**
Pretty sure the term Puppy Dog Eyes was invented with me in mind! Who could possibly resist my cute little face...
I'm Banjo and I'm looking for my new family!
I had a bit of a wobbly start in life but now I'm all good and living the dream in my foster home. The only thing missing is my very own hoomans.
I'm a typical puppy with heaps of energy and I don't sit still for very long so you're lucky there are even any photo's of me. I'm very cuddly and playful and I love everything.... I think my favourite things are chasing my ball or playing with my squeaky toys. When I've finished playing I would love it if I could have a snuggle with you on the sofa.
I've got good manners and I'm a fast learner - I'm already house trained. I am still quite little so I haven't been out in the big wide world yet but I can't wait to join in on some adventures.
Anyway, hopefully, before I know it you'll have contacted SAFE to find out a bit more about me. See you soon I hope!
Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I'd like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I've learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I'll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me ""no"" if I'm chewing something I shouldn't and give me a chew toy instead. I'd love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don't get bored with them.
