Jemima

Looking for a special home for sweet Jemima.

Jemima came to us from a regional New South Wales pound. We understand she was found at a local dairy and may not have been well socialised with humans.

She’s a young cat, likely not yet a year old. She is dainty and sweet and has a lovely champagne ginger coat.

She loves the company of her cat friends. She is often snuggling with them or just hanging out and she gets anxious if there are no other cats around.

She co-exists happily with humans and will hang out on the sofa and the common spaces and seems quite relaxed. But she does not quite trust humans yet and will hide if you get too close to her.

Her current foster house is busy with children and other cats and Jemima is coping well, but she may be able to continue to flourish and trust humans in a quieter environment.

She is looking for a patient and caring home who will wait for her to come out of her shell and be rewarded with her eventual affection.
