About Dolly
Miss DOLLY is a sweet little Kelpie mix pup with an estimated DOB of 9 September 2022. She weighed 8.2 kgs on 2 December 2022.
Gentle, clever and highly alert, Dolly's the first one to notice a change in her environment, whether that's a strange car pulling up in the driveway of her foster home or a bird landing on a tree in the backyard. She'll investigate and then stand back and assess the situation before determining her course of action. She's not barkie.
She loves cuddles and is very human-focused. She's great with other dogs, but untested with cats.
She has a well-muscled little body, an intelligent face, elegant bearing, penetrating amber eyes and a slightly wiry, beautiful fawn and white coat.
As to Dolly's breed mix, our vet says she's "very Kelpie", but as she's not DNA-tested, we'll settle for "Kelpie mix" as an accurate descriptor.
To be happy and content, she will need plenty of vigorous daily exercise and play, which is more achievable if she shares his home with a like-minded dog. As always, secure fencing is a must.
Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time and there is another compatible dog for Dolly to play with. Previous Kelpie experience will be highly regarded.

Dolly's adoption fee is $850. She is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated.
She is available for interstate adoption.

Dolly was desexed on 19 December 2022. She received her first C3 vaccination on 2 December.

Dogs:
The first step in our adoption process is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ This is a mandatory step and you are encouraged to answer all questions and provide photos of your yard and fencing.
All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
The "meet and greet" is held in Warwick, Queensland. If successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
