About Joy
Joy is truly deserving of her lovely name - she is a sweetheart. She is very playful, and loves wrestling with her brother Rudy. She also loves toys, particularly bits of ribbon and empty toilet rolls - she's easily entertained! She will also chase tennis balls around the house, even though they're the same size as her. The spare bed in her foster home has also become something of a jungle-gym for Joy, as she can leap off it, only to jump back on again!
Like her brother, Joy also likes climbing the coat rack and has become very fast at it. Like her brother, Joy is an independent little girl, but she still loves attention; if she feels she is being ignored, she will give a little, cry-like meow to remind you to give her love! She also likes to snuggle her way under the doona to make a warm, cosy little bed to nap in. Her other favourite places to sleep are on the cushions or in boxes, or - perhaps most of all - in the sun! Joy can regularly be found napping on the windowsill in the sun, or wherever it is shining best, stretched out happily soaking in the warmth.
Joy is a happy, excitable kitten who has made great progress in her foster home. She loves food, particularly chicken, and also loves the resident cats in her foster home. Whilst she is still a little timid, we have no doubt that will a little time and love, Joy will be a lovely, affectionate and joyful pet!
All AWL NSW kittens and cats come litter trained, desexed, microchipped and will have received their first vaccination.
