ADOPTION GUIDELINES
INDOOR/OUTDOOR--REQUIRES PUPPY HOUSEHOLD TRAINING - DAILY WALKS - ONGOING SOCIALISATION-CHILDREN PARENTAL GUIDANCE
A few months ago, Doug arrived at the shelter with a broken leg and has coped so well during his prolonged confinement during his recovery.
Doug has made LOADS of people friends while in our care especially our dedicated vet clinic team who loved looked after him, and of course, he has won the hearts of our kennels staff.
Doug is now in great health, and he is one totally charming young boy. He just loves smooches and cuddles, and we can definitely see him making a lovely family companion.
This loving 9-month-old staffy x will require some basic puppy training; on lead walking and dog-to-dog interactions as his extended hospital stay meant he missed out on some early socialisation.
So, if you are looking for a loving loyal companion dog and have some time to give, then this sweet young boy could be the dog for you. All Doug needs is some time to settle and someone to show him the ropes in a positive manner, and you will be rewarded with a sweet natured dog who will nestle beside you and may nudge in (politely) to get as many pats as he can ....
The adoption fee for DOUG is $395.00 which helps to cover the cost of mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
