LJ (IMP No. 1727)

LJ is a 4-6yr old staffy x kelpie mix who can be found in our very first kennel at the facility. LJ inside the kennel is a very well behaved boy and when you walk past he will seldom be barking at you unlike some of the other dogs. He is a big goof ball and smooch who enjoys chin scratches and ear massages and sleeping in funny positions. Outside of the kennel however LJ can be quite excitable and as a strong dog he will need an experienced handler. He has gotten along well with other dogs at the facility but can be a bit dominant. He does however listen when you tell him to stop. He would therefore benefit from a little bit of training to assist with his socialisation and excitement. If you have a dog at home and you would like to meet LJ please bring them along for their meet and greet.
