Meet Sally Jr!

Sally might be the toughest rat we have ever met! When she arrived at the shelter poor Sally was not well, she had a large lump on her abdomen that required surgery and a common rat respiratory illness. Having made a full and quick recovery from her surgery, Sally has shown us that nothing will get her down. Now she is ready to find her forever home!

Sally loves to explore her cage when we add new toys or tunnels. She is affectionate and happy to get a bit of a scratch or a short cuddle, especially if you have a treat for her to nibble on in return. She will need to be kept in her own cage away from other rats as she could pass on the respiratory illness. If you think Sally sounds like your kind of rat, come down to the shelter to meet her.
