Meet Amber!

This gorgeous lady was brought to the shelter after her owner tragically passed away, and with no one to care for her, Amber finds herself looking for another home. She LOVES pats and will turn into a purr factory as soon as you hit that sweet spot! She is a gentle little lady with lots of curiosity - especially about food, Amber loves eating socially (when their humans are around).

Once she's had had a good old-fashioned meal, she will make sure to let you know that she needs more pats and will then go and have a little looksee at what her humans are up to today.

Since coming into the shelter, Amber has been diagnosed with a couple of medical illnesses that do require monitoring, including Hyperthyroid (being managed with medication) and early kidney disease (being managed with food). This beautiful lady would love a warm home where she can enjoy her retirement in peace and enjoy the company of people for the time that she has left. She absolutely cannot wait to go to her forever home!
