Sage

Sage came into the pound with her mother rosemary and rosemary's 6 week old pup parsley. It appears that rosemary and sage belonged to backyard breeders but thankfully they escaped that life and made it to the pound safely. Their next lucky day was being rescued by paws so it's all looking good from here on in for these three doggies! sage is a bit unworldly but is learning about the good life very quickly. Her tail now wags when her foster carer appears and she looks forward to her cuddles, instead of hiding and hoping not to be seen. Sage is ideally suited to someone who can spend time with her and make up for her just a breeding dog. A retired person or someone who works from home would be ideal. She's very comfortable with other small doggies, so befriending another would also help to give her confidence as she learns that there's more to life than being a breeding machine. Sage comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm tested and with local council lifetime registration for $295.
