About Jack
Hi, my name's Jack and I was born in a lady's roof. I'm looking for my purrever home now, could that be with you?
I love to do zoomies around the house chasing my brother Hunter! Toys and playing tag are the best things ever! I also like to have a cuddle with my humans and love pats too!
My dream home is one that can give me lots of love and attention! It must have heaps of toys for me to play with too. I'd love a kitty friend, but would be ok by myself as well.
Jack has been:
- Tried with teenagers and is fine with them
- Tried with cats and loves them
- Tried with a large-breed cat-friendly dog and was a bit unsure but will be fine given the right introductions
***To be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure shaded enclosure only for his safety and due to the risk of skin cancer***
Jack is approximately 10 weeks old (DOB: 4/10/22) and his adoption fee of $200 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchipping
- Parasite treatment up until the date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys, and other goodies to get him started
Jack is available to go home on the 15th of December and is available to meet ahead of this time at his foster carer's home in Murray Bridge.
If you'd like to meet him, please fill out the following application form (https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A) and his foster carer will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a time to meet him!
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
If you wish to adopt a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application form https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A
