About Scarlett
Scarlett has been Desexed and is now ready to go home with her Forever Family)
Scarlett and her brother, Sebastion, are from a litter of 4 x kittens that were rescued from street life by local TNR group and are now in foster care together with DCH.
Scarlett is still scared of new people but with patience, she will become confident, as you can see in the video.
Scarlett will need a quiet home and is not the right kitty for a family with children.
Once Scarlett relaxes and enjoys a pat and cuddle - her little tail goes up and she purrs really loudly. It’s a wonderful reward to know you’ve gained her trust! 😻
Scarlett will need an adopter who would like to work with a kitten to further her socialisation. Your home needs to be calm and quiet, a single person or couple would be ideal.
Scarlett is very gentle and will become a wonderful and affectionate little companion for the right person.
The video of Scarlett will show you her potential and she will thrive in the right home.
The $225 adoption fee includes:
So she lives her best and longest life, Scarlett must also be an INDOOR ONLY cat. Please indicate if you are willing to do this in your email.
If you are renting, please ensure that you have approval for a cat BEFORE you lodge interest.

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
