About Teeter
Hi, my name is Teeter I was born in a backyard in North Plympton. I've been to 2 adoption days now and I really don't like them! So I'm hoping that if I put myself out there I can find my home without all the hustle and bustle of adoption day!
I'm an active girl who loves to play with my sister and other foster friends. My favourite thing in the whole wide world is to do zoomies around the house! I'm more concerned with playing with the other kitty friends than I am with humans, but when I've worn myself out I'll come to cuddle up and be purry.
My dream home is one where I have a kitty friend to play with and teach me more about humans. If I could go home with my sister Beth that would be even better!
Teeter has been:
- Tried with teenagers and is fine with them, probably best suited to a home with no young children
- Tried with cats and is great with them
- Tried with a large breed cat-friendly dog and was a little unsure but should be fine with the right introductions
Teeter is approximately 14 weeks old (DOB: 13/9/22) and her adoption fee of $200 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchipping
- Parasite treatment until the date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of her current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys, and other goodies to get her started
Teeter is available to meet at her foster carer's home at Murray Bridge.
If you'd like to meet her, please fill out the following application form (https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A) and her foster carer will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a time to meet her!
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
If you wish to adopt a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application form https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A
