Major cuddlebug Benji loves nothing more than an epic snuggle on the couch with his favourite humans! Though zoomies in the park on a sunny day run a close second :)
A natural at walking on a lead, Benji enjoys going for walks around the neighbourhood, and would benefit from further training and learning new commands as he can be a little distracted when off-lead. His new family will need to work with him on his possessiveness of objects.
This beautiful young boy has a gentle nature, and is great with strangers and other dogs. He can't wait to meet you!
Like all Maggie's pets, Benji is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will keep my mind and body active with ongoing training and plenty of exercise. Oh, and I'd definitely benefit from being in a home with another dog companion!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Medium, I'd say! I sleep well through the night, but love a good play with my toys in the daytime. I also enjoy long walks and have no problem keeping up!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I am sweet with children however due to my tendencies to guard on occasion, I'm best with children 13 and up. ---
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I haven't had any contact with cats since coming into foster care, but I love most other dogs!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
