Sonia is a pocket-sized tabby with a huge personality. This sassy girl has loads of confidence, is extremely active and she can be just a little bit naughty and cute too.
Because she is highly intelligent, Sonia definitely needs lots of stimulation and would love to have a playmate of a similar age. She is not the kind of girl who can be an only kitty – she’s far too social for that!
Sonia has bundles of kitten energy to burn. Action is her middle name. There is certainly never a dull moment with this little firecracker in your life.
Sonia is very loving and is a happy kitty if she can curl up on your lap of an evening. She is very vocal and enjoys a good chat.
When startled Sonia does a great Meerkat impersonation. She is a beautiful cheeky girl who will suit most families and is good with her foster carer’s dog. So a small, cat-friendly dog buddy would be fine.
Sonia and her siblings came to us with their mumma Olive when they were just days old. All of the kittens have grown up knowing their mumma’s love and nutritious milk. So Sonia has had a great start in life.
This girl has taken to mothering the little kittens in foster care with her; although a bit exuberant with her handling Sonia gives them a clean and then a cuddle…whether they want it or not! This shows her nurturing and caring nature which she will happily share with you too.
If you have an active kitten or young cat who could benefit from having a confident and loving best friend, Sonia would be perfect.
In summary:
• Smart, active kitten with energy to burn
• Needs a kitten her age or a young cat, small dog to be friends with
• Not suited to being an only cat left alone for long periods of time
• Great in a family, a couple or single person with existing cat-friendly pets

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. Your adoption fee includes a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership that is completed by us online two weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
