Abby - 7 Year Old Mini Foxie (On Trial)

Abby is a 7 year old mini foxie who is energetic and playful. She heartbreakingly needs to be rehomed from her family she has lived with since she was a puppy.

She loves going on walks and playing fetch but is also known to lay around and sleep most of the day. She is very loving and will follow you from room to room and tries to share lots of licks.

Abby has shown aggression to other dogs and young children so a kid free home where she is the only pet would suit her best.

Abby is toilet trained and knows basic commands. She is used to being an inside dog at night and outside during the day but is most happy wherever her people are.

She is desexed and up to date on her vaccinations and vet checks!

Abby is in foster care in the Newcastle area. They are currently available for interstate adoption. The adoption fee is $500.00 and they are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Dog Rescue Newcastle provides individual listings with specific requirements for each foster dog. If you submit an application or inquiry and DO NOT receive a response within 5 business days, please understand that you have not met the specific requirements for this dog. Please do not be disheartened or discouraged, this simply means you were not a suitable match at this time.
This organisation's adoption policy is moderate. What does this mean?

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire: https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
