About Licorice
This sweet little lady is Licorice, a domestic short haired born 9th March 2022.
Licorice is a very affectionate girl and loves having her cheeks and neck scratched.. She's also quite partial to a belly rub here and there!
Licorice is so desperate for love and affection that she tries to hold on to your hand to stop you from leaving her.
Licorice hasn't had much interaction with other cats at the facility as she came to us with a fractured hip, however she has previously lived with other cats.
While her hip is still healing she needs to be confined to areas where she can't jump up or down off of furniture.
Licorice is such a beautiful girl and she will be rehomed to a family who are willing to keep her as an inside cat only.
If you think you could be that furever family for Licorice, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Her adoption fee is $250 & this includes her desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registrations. She is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Licorice is currently located in East Maitland.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
