About Gwendoline (Gwen)
MEET GWENDOLINE!
Gwenny is a gorgeous ragdoll x girl, she is approximately 4 years young. Gwen is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and had a recent health check at the vet.
Gwen found herself in our rescue when sadly her owner moved to QLD and had to leave her with family, the home life became too chaotic and stressful for her, with so much going on in the new home and many different animals and young kids, Gwendoline is looking for a quiet home as the only cat in the home.
Gwen has grown up around small dogs and she would be fine living with older kids.
Gwenny/Gwen/Gwendoline (she gets many variations!) is a very sweet, gentle girl, she is very affectionate when she feels comfortable and would love a lap to curl up on and a bed to share of an evening. Her owners describe her as a lovely sweetheart that would suit the quieter lifestyle.
Gwen LOVES chin scratches and will happily give head butts and smooches. She may take a week to settle into her new home as she has been moved around multiple times in her young life, but she is settling well into foster care now and eagerly greets her foster mum with head butts and smooches.
She will make a wonderful companion and has loads of affection to give to the right home.
Gwen is an INDOOR ONLY cat and has lived her life indoors, she has access to an outdoor enclosure in foster care however she prefers to stay inside.
Medical notes
Gwen has been given a clean bill of health. She is currently eating Royal Canin Calm dry diet to help her whilst she settles in.

Adoption details
Thank you for your interest in a rescue cat! They can make the most wonderful friends and family members.
Our rescue cats have varied histories and stories and as such they each require a different home environment, we ask prospective adopters a series of questions aimed at making the perfect match so please dont be offended when asked questions. We do not adopt to a first in first serve basis and only adopt to the most suitable home possible. If you are outside Ballarat we ask that you make time to have a 30 minute video-chat with us and the kitty you are interested in so we can get to know you a little better and you can see the kitty in its home environment before coming up to Ballarat to adopt, if you are local then we hold a meet and greet at the foster home of the kitty. We only offer video chats and meet and greets to the most suitable homes.
All of our cats at Cat Lovers Ballarat are rehomed as strictly INDOOR ONLY cats and we ask that all prospective adopters only apply if they are capable and comfortable with this.
Please have patience with us as we go through all applications and make our decisions to move onto phase 2 and offer meet and greets, this can take days and sometimes a week to go through, you will be contacted whether you are successful or not.
Thank you again for your interest in one of our rescue cats!
