About Ragnar
Hi I’m Ragnar, my siblings and I make up the R litter. We were all saved from a regional pound after being dumped on the side of the road near some railway track. We were extremely malnourished but now we are healthy and ready to find our forever homes.
I’m sweet, playful and quite and adventurous pup.
I absolutely love other dogs, I have no hesitation when I first meet them. I am very respectful and reads the other dogs emotions. I am untested with cat but being so young it’s more likely I’ll be excited at first and then respectful after more interaction.
Although I have never been by myself yet, I am quite confident but at the same time I really love play time with the other dogs in my foster home. I would be ok as an only pet but would require adequate socialisation with other dogs.
In the day I sleep outside with a kennel and sling bed. At night I am in a crate in the garage with all the dogs (sharing the crate with my sister).
I spend my days outside in a patio area with plenty of grass and shelter.
I have seen chickens, I was on a lead and was hesitant and sat at my humans feet as they are quite big compared to me but I didn’t so signs of wanting to chase them. Given proper introductions and supervision for a while I think I would be fine with chickens.
I am smitten with everyone I meet. I just love to play and cuddle. I have been around children from 5 years of age and they were able to pick me up, cuddle me and walk me around the yard on a lead. As I’m still a puppy I can be excited at first to see people but once settled o am very happy to just sit with you or beside you and have a nap.
I love squeaky toys, balls and my treat ball that squeals as it rolls it and gets the food out. I was very quick to figure it out, my foster mum says I’m very intelligent.
Being so young i am still learning my name,I have my day and night feeding routine complete, with the help of treats. I have been known to eat too fast and wants to take the food from others, my foster family have been separating me to avoid this happening.
I know to always go toilet on the grass. I am new to spending time inside so will need time to grasp toilet training.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
