Meet Lily

Sweet little Lily has found herself in the shelter through no fault of her own after the heartbreaking loss of her owner. Her whole world changed overnight, leaving her confused, displaced, and unsure of what comes next.

When Lily first arrived in our care, she was extremely nervous and overwhelmed. But with plenty of TLC and a lot of patience, this gentle girl is slowly starting to blossom. Each day she's learning that the world can feel safe again-she just needs the right person to continue that journey with her.

Lily is still building her confidence and hasn't quite learned to enjoy handling and cuddles just yet, so her future family will need to take things slowly and let her come to them in her own time. Because of her shy nature, she will need an adult-only home where she can feel secure without too much going on around her.

She can find being alone a little overwhelming, so a home where someone is around more often than not would suit her best. Lily has also made it clear that other dogs cramp her style, so she's looking to be the only pet in the home. We don't have any history of her living with cats or pocket pets.

Lily is a sensitive, gentle soul who has been through a lot, but with patience, understanding, and love, she has so much potential to grow into a devoted little companion. She just needs someone willing to give her the time she deserves.
