About Kona
Hi Friends, I’m one of the pups recently born in care, currently I don’t have a name as my carer is waiting for my personality to develop before matching me to the most suitable name.
I’m a happy healthy bully breed mix. Due to my ancestry I am looking for a pretty specific home and we thought we would start this search early however I won’t be able to leave foster care until all my vetwork has been completed
Firstly being so young I am looking for a family who has had bully breed dogs before and is able to teach me right from wrong through positive reinforcement and consistency. I need to have an older dog to help me learn and become the best version of myself.
I need to find a family who has taken time to research dog trainers in their local area and has ideally already booked in for puppy lessons to help me with my basic obedience and my ongoing socialisation needs. My new family needs to have an understanding of dog behaviour and needs to step up and teach me every time I try to challenge what your asking of me.
I like to be treated like one of the family so a home where I can be inside with you sharing the love and companionship of my family is what I crave. I’d also love to go out on fabulous adventures with you as well. Being a young pup socialisation is really important to my development and I will need exposure to many different dogs, cats, children and adults so I learn appropriate behaviour responses in a variety of situations.
In return I promise to be your very best friend, biggest supporter, loyal and loving for all of my days. If you think I could be the perfect fit for your family, please reach out to my foster family, we would love to hear from you
Medical notes
Will not be able to leave care until all necessary vetwork has been completed
