Harper is a very sweet goof ball with a very sensitive soul.

Harper needs some training with her lead manners and with her need to jump up on you. This beautiful does know how to sit and shake hands and takes treats so very gently from you. Harper can get easily distracted so any training will need to be one on one in a quiet environment.

Harper can show nervousness around new people, but it doesn’t take her long to shake it off and start showering you with attention.

Harper is very dog social. She throws herself at any dog she meets wanting to play and be best of friends.

Harper appeared very scared of the facilities cat and staff believe she would be fine to be in a home with a feline companion given a slow supervised introduction.

Type of household: She is still a young dog and does need some additional training. It’s clear to us that Harper was given very little training as a puppy. Harper's new family must be committed to investing the time required to provide the training needed and excerise to keep her active and happy. Due to the ongoing training Harper needs for her jumping up on you, we strongly recommend a home with no small children or elderly family members.

Harper's adoption fee covers: microchipping, desexing, lifetime registration, current vaccination, flea and worming treatments.

Harper has been let down by her previous owner and was not given the necessary attention as a puppy. With a little bit of structure, time and love, we believe Harper will settle and become one super behaved girl in no time at all.
