About Hank
Need to break him out of kennels !
🚨🚨🚨🚨
We thought Hank had a home but sadly it’s hasn’t worked out.
He would love to live on acreage & to be a dog!
He loves other animals Dogs, cats & birds.
Hank is your typical big Gentle Giant weighing 65kg aged 3 1/2 years old a Neo Mastiff mix
He has stunning good looks and when really happy gives you the quirkiest lopsided smile you’ve ever seen on a dog.
Hank loves his doggy friends and is very gentle when playing with them. He would be happy to live with another gentle dog.
Hanks not an energetic dog so if your life is busy he won’t mind if he misses out on going for walks. His favourite things in life are having lots of short naps throughout the day, getting plenty of snacks and once he gets to know you will go belly up so he can get as many tummy tickles as you are willing to give him.
Hank is best suited to a quiet home and thrives on routine. He can be a bit nervous around males to start with so needs people to understand that he does take a bit of time before being besties with them. Hank has been used to living an outside lifestyle so would appreciate somewhere, that he can go outside when he wants to but still be allowed to come in the house and enjoy being a part of the family.
Please feel free to come and meet this big gentle boy and see for yourself how lovely he is.
Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need Website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. My emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
Please note all our cats are indoor cats only.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
