About Phoenix
*In foster care in Ashfield, Sydney*
Phoenix is a loud, chatty lad with bags of purrsonality! A huge fan of rope toys and noisy balls he can chase across a wooden floor, he also loves pouncing around in an (empty) bathtub, and drinking water with both front paws inside the bowl :)
But at the end of the day, there's nothing better than a good tummy rub - and Phoenix reckons there's no such thing as too many scratches! When he hears a scary sound, he does like a safe spot to hide in (like a wardrobe or under a bed). Otherwise he's a regal, royal ginger gentleman who has endless love to give!
Like all Maggie's pets, Phoenix is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be fairly quiet and calm, with humans who'll enjoy talking and playing with me :) I'm basically a kitten, so I'm still learning a lot. A window where I can sit and watch the world go by would also be very nice!
In return, I'll be sure to make myself comfortable quickly and won't shy away from showering you with love.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Do you love playing all day? 'Cos I do! I also spend plenty of time in dreamland, but my favourite activities are watching cat TV, chasing my rope, and bird-watching through the glass :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Because of my cheeky, playful nature, I think I'd enjoy living with kids aged 8 and over.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love human company much more than feline, so I'd really love to be your one and only furry friend!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
