Otis

Otis is a sociable little guy, always up for a game and just loves life. He is pretty much at the centre of any puppy games, and when everyone is tired, he is in the middle of the sleeping puppy puddle. Otis loves his tucker and would be easy to teach with treats. With his energy for life, he would be great for someone with an outdoorsy lifestyle, in a situation where he could have his own doggy best mate, or at least lots of socialisation with other dogs.

Otis was born in a remote indigenous community in the Western dessert region of Central Australia. He came into care with his mummy and 5 litter-mates at the age of 6 weeks old. Their elderly owners were struggling to care for them and wanted them to get good tucker, grow up strong and find good homes. Since then they have been in a safe , protected environment with their mum, and have had have a relaxed and carefree puppyhood.

The whole litter are really charming. Mum is a Territory Long Dog of small medium build, and most of the puppies are long with short legs too. Otis is one of two with long legs. With his bright eyes and sleek black body he really is a handsome little dude. We expect him to be around the 15 kg mark fully grown.

Otis is currently in care in Central Australia and will be ready to travel in mid December. His air flight to SA is included in his adoption fee.
