About Indy
They say dogs are a human's best friend…well, Indy definitely got the memo! This absolute sweetheart adores humans of all ages. She is friendly with everyone she meets (and their dogs). She loves it when people stop to pat her when she's out for a walk. She also loves it when visitors come over for a BBQ. In fact, as soon as she catches sight of someone her adorable tail starts wagging.
Indy might love everyone, but she especially loves her family. Her 'special' humans are the most important thing in her world (although food is a close second choice). Indy will happily hang out in the garden with you while you potter around, or while the kids play after school. She loves to come indoors and have some quality family time in the evenings too! You'll often catch her gazing at you lovingly from her bed, hoping you'll come over and give her a scratch behind the ears!
Although Indy idolises people, she isn't demanding and has excellent manners. Indy is great at letting you know if she needs to go outside and isn't the type of dog to steal your shoes or 'redecorate' your living room. Indy is relaxed and will happily chill out while you're at work as long as she can hang out with the family later on. She would love an active household where she has lots of people to love. She's also great with other dogs, so a canine pal would also be a possibility!
Indy loves her walks and will happily keep walking with you for as long as you like, but with a decent backyard to play in, she will happily satisfy her exercise requirements with just a couple of long walks each week. Indy's favourite backyard games are tug-o-war and belly rubs. Who says belly rubs can't be considered a game? Indy has to roll over for them doesn't she?
So what are you waiting for…Indy is ready for pats when you are!

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
