Barb is ready for her new life and to find a family to love her, could it be you?
Barb was brought to the shelter as an un-identified stray and unfortunately her owners did not come forward for her. Barb is a wonderful dog with a great attitude.
• People Friendly – Barb is a little shy, but once she warms up to you, she’s as friendly as they come.
• Water Bug – Barb loves the hose and chasing water around.
• Playful – Barb is a playful girl, she loves playing ‘fetch’.
• Good on lead.
• Clean inside.
Please be aware that if there is an existing dog/s at home and you’re interested in meeting Barb, all existing dogs will be required to perform a meet and greet prior to adoption.
Barbra’s adoption fee is $332 which includes the following: pre-desex health check, desex, vaccination, worming, flea treatment and lifetime registration with the Muswellbrook Shire Council.

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 3:30pm
If you already have a dog and wish to adopt another one, you will be required to visit the facility with your dog for a 'Meet and Greet' to ensure that they are compatible; appointments are essential.
All of our dogs come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, vet-checked and lifetime registered in NSW which is included in the adoption fee. All cats come desexed, microchipped, vet-checked and lifetime registered in NSW.
It's important to note that we do not desex our animals until they are adopted. To avoid disappointment please be aware that you may not be able to take your dog/cat home the day you meet them. We can usually get them desexed within 24-48 hours.
