- Breed experienced owner

Hi, I’m Daisy.
I’m looking for a home with an owner who has experience with Belgian Malinois or Shepherds, or someone who has done plenty of research and knows a lot about our typical behaviour.
I’m love humans and I am very affectionate, I love to have a cuddle and roll over for belly rubs. I’m usually very gentle as well, so I would be suitable to meet children of any age.
I am a very intelligent and active girl, so I would need to be provided with mental stimulation and physical stimulation daily. I would benefit from professional training especially to help with my reactivity to other dogs. I would need to avoid dogs when out and about with my humans, and be put on a secure collar such as a martingale and strong lead.
I walk quite nicely on lead and won’t usually pull you around, but I do love to have a sniff of all the weird and wonderful smells the environment has.
I wouldn’t be able to live with other dogs or other animals as I haven’t been socialised well in the past. Unfortunately, I do not know or respond to my name.
My new home should have a backyard with secure fencing, and I’d love to come inside when my owners are home to enjoy all the pleasures of being a part of the family!
My coat needs regular brushing to help with the shedding, and luckily for you I love being brushed! It’s just another way to bond with my owners.
My carers think I should be okay will a family who works full-time, as long as they can still provide me with attention and stimulation when they’re home.
I don’t particular like toys yet, but this might be something I learn over time once I’m settled into my new home.
