About Foxy
Perky, affectionate, and charming - that's FOXY, a 13 yo Pomeranian male looking for a safe and loving home to live out his twilight years.
Foxy is a very engaging and entertaining little dog. He delights in the company of humans and other small dogs. He enjoys regular snuggles, but is not needy.
Quick to form attachments, Foxy settled into his foster home without any fuss or bother. A week on, it's like he's never lived anywhere else. Although he has lost most of his teeth, he enjoys his tucker and has a very healthy appetite.
He only barks if he wants something - and he's already trained his foster mum in that respect. Aside from communicating his desires, he doesn't bark at all.
He enjoys a car ride and sleeps like a log at night.
Despite his age, Foxy loves to play and will signal his intention with a glorious little play bow. Bum up, elbows down, he invites his doggy mates and his humans to engage in gentle play.
There's nothing not to love about this little sweetheart.
The ideal home for Foxy is one where his humans are around almost all the time and he is cherished, loved and not just a teeny bit spoilt. He is most definitely an inside dog and sees his role in life as being a devoted canine companion. He would enjoy having a little canine pal in his new home. Being a wee fellow, he'd prefer a home that has only one or two steps - or better still, none.
He's untested with children and cats.
Foxy's adoption fee is $550 and he is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
