About Ashton
ADOPT ME
Check out this absolute heart-throb ❤️❤️
Ashton is everything you want in a kitten and more - good looks and an incredible purrsonality.
Playful, purry, smoochy, snuggly and full of beans, this chap loves everyone he meets and the feeling is usually mutual.
Ashton is good with kids, other cats and dogs.
He's an expert at pouncing on toys and running around and climbing things.
He's got gorgeous floofy fur and is likely to be a big boy with a lovely long coat.
Things haven't exactly been easy for Ashton in his life so far though.
He and his siblings were extremely sick with cat flu. As they were very young without strong immune systems, it ravaged their tiny bodies.
Despite fighting hard and receiving all the veterinary care possible, 3 of the 5 kittens in the litter didn't make it.
Ashton is a survivor!
To make matters worse he picked up ringworm as well, though that has responded quickly to treatment and is no longer a concern.
At this stage, Ashton's health is fantastic. Sometimes, kitties who survive through what he has will go on to have respiratory problems in the future. These can include sinusitis (inflammation of the nasal sinuses causing flare ups of infection and snotty noses) and gingivitis/stomatitis (inflammation of the gums - usually much later in life).
On the flip side, sometimes they don't have any problems at all!
We know it can be a big ask for someone to take on a kitten like this BUT he deserves a home so very much.
And with his standout personality we just know he will bring so much happiness to his new family.
Amazing Ashton is available to adopt for $200. He's now 14 weeks old (though smaller than average at the moment) and is desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.
