♥♥♥ MOST WARM-BLOODED PEOPLE LOVE A SWEET, LOVING, CUTE, PLAYFUL, TOTALLY ADORABLE KITTEN....HOWEVER...some of us aren’t agile enough to fully appreciate a 100kph furry cyclone, or perhaps just prefer a quiet, gentle, sweet, loving and absolutely beautiful cutie-pie, like our BOI here! ♥♥♥
Boi was discovered as a kitten, one of a colony, but he was crafty enough to avoid capture and close proximity to humans for more than a year! He was in rather a sorry state when he joined the GNR family, malnourished, scabby, scruffy and miserable, like many poor street kitties.

Consequently, he was terrified when he was finally trapped and brought into care, and hissed threateningly, with a fierce expression on his pretty little face. Didn’t take long to realise he was all bluff and is not at all an aggressive little fella, and the only time he’s been remotely cranky is when he was going into a carrier to head off to the vet for his vax.

Now, he’s 2.5+ years old and LOVES his food, pets and scratches - even allows smooches on his gorgeous fluffy tummy without biting or scratching...such a sweet soul. Grooming is quite a job for him though, as he has a medium-length, thick coat, so he appreciates a nice brush. When he became comfortable around his carer, he would greet her sweetly, often standing up to present his head for scratching...he also has a funny habit of reaching out casually to give you a swat if you have the cheek to stop petting and scratching him, bless his heart.

He loves the company of other cats and will warm beautifully to humans, however young, boisterous kids or animals are not recommended - his carer has a small gentle pooch and Boi was curious about her but not keen to make her acquaintance. He’s still very shy and easily startled by unexpected sounds/movements, so he needs someone who understands that he requires time and space to learn to trust and feel safe in his new environment....if you’re that person, you’ll be richly rewarded with his love and subtly cheeky purrrsonality. He’s really an easy cat to love to bits and when he settles into his purrever home, he’ll very likely show you more facets to his purrrsonality, because we know there’s more to him than meets the eye in temporary care, so you’ll have won the lottery with this sweetheart! He’s also a hygienic little gentleman, always uses his litter tray.

Our pawsome Boi has been:

- ✅ Microchipped
- ✅ Vaccinated
- ✅ Treated for parasites (worms, fleas, ear mites)

An indoor home is a MUST for our Boi, although one with a secure outdoor catio is acceptable - his safety is a priority. He likes window spaces, too.

Boi is currently in foster care in Morphett Vale.
