About Charlie
Charlie is an approx 2 year old tabby girl. She takes time to warm up to new people, but particularly likes females. She is still quite a nervous little girl and children are a bit too much for her. She would like an adult only ( or home with young adult children) quiet home.
She is a very sweet kitty. She’s quite small and has a very pretty coloured coat and shaped face. She loves to sit at the window and watch the world go by, birds flying around and rain hit the leaves on the trees. She doesn’t bite or chew things nor does she scratch anything but her scratching post. She prefers to sleep on the pillow next to her human and is quite social, happily sitting on the window ledge until it’s bed time.
She uses her kitty litter tray and eats well, although she prefers fish than any other meat.
She likes being outdoors a bit of the time, and is not overly confident around dogs , she is very nervous about them. She will only go outside for a few hours and never at night. Even then she will hide under anything to just sit and watch the insects flitting about.
Charlie needs a home where new owners will be patient with her and gently build her confidence.

Adoption details
Animals are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and on heartworm prevention / and also FIV tested for cats where possible. They are not available for adoption outside NSW (except ACT). Please email par.adoptions@gmail.com if you would like further information.
Dogs and cats are rehomed on two weeks trial to ensure that both the person adopting them and the rescuer are satisfied that the dog / cat / animal is happy and adapting well to their new home and this can be extended on request
Please be aware that Paws and Recover is run by volunteers who also work. We endeavour to answer enquires as quickly as possible. Some animals will inevitably be very popular and will generate many enquires. Where there is a high volume of enquires received, it will be our priority to contact those that best fit the requirements of the animal. This may mean that it is not possible for all enquires to be answered. Please keep an eye on the website for all updates.
Providing quality information as a part of your enquiry including information about your home environment, family, work hours, other pets and what you are looking for in a companion animal along with what you can offer one will greatly assist.
Please always provide a contact phone number as a part of your enquiry.
