About Hazelnut

Hazelnut is a sweet and happy kitten who loves to play and snuggle up to his brother and sister. He can entertain himself on his own, but also loves to play with people. He is a little shy at first - but quick to get confident and always likes to give a good sniff on any newcomer. He doesnt mind being picked up and loves his treats, rewarding you with his loud purr.
Like all Maggie's pets, Hazelnut is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I like play time on my own and with my humans, so my ideal home is with anyone that can play with me and provide love and attention
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm still a kitten and definitely play a lot! You'll have to be prepared for daily zoomies, and spend some time hanging out with me and my toys.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: My foster parents love to snuggle me, so I think I could be friends with children who are calm and patient and give me space when I need it
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Hazelnut grew up close to his little sister and brother and they like to play together. He has never met doggos before, but half of his litter lived with 2 dogs and they loved them.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
